Cappadocia Cooking Class Tour
We will pick you up from your hotel and take you to the restaurant. There, you will meet a local chef who will teach you how to cook traditional Turkish dishes.

Cooking Details:
Testi Kebabi (Pottery Kebab): Made with beef, tomatoes, peppers, and onions in a clay pot.
Dolma (Stuffed Grape Leaves): Grape leaves filled with a meat and rice mixture, cooked in lemony broth.
Manti (Turkish Dumplings): Small dumplings filled with spiced meat.
Kuru Fasulye (Beans): White beans cooked with caramelized onions and tomato sauce.
Tandır Ekmegi (Tandoori Bread): Traditional bread baked in a special oven.
Erişte (Turkish Noodles): Egg noodles made and cut by hand.
Çay (Tea): Turkish black tea served in small glasses.
Free Time and Shopping
While the food is cooking, you have 1.5 to 2 hours of free time to explore. Visit Onyx shops, pottery workshops, and carpet shops to find unique souvenirs.
After all the meals are cooked, set the table and enjoy the food you made. Enjoy tea with a beautiful view of Cappadocia. After the class, we will transfer you back to your hotel.
